TOPPS Clear Lake welcomes new member applicants and former members that wish to rejoin. Below you will find the new member application, member requirements, boat safety course links and a form for current members to update their member information.

TOPPS Membership Requirements Boat must be no less than 21 feet LOA with top speed in excess of 50 mph. Have proof of insurance. Have a boating safety certificate. (Click Here for more Info) Must agree to TOPPS Bylaws. Must submit completed TOPPS Membership Application.
